The Cous Cous Fest is an event that celebrates the homonymous typical Trapani dish of Arab origin, but the result of the millennial cultural stratification of this part of Sicily.
The protagonist of the event is therefore Cous Cous, a poor dish par excellence but capable of bringing together, in this small town in north-western Sicily, chefs from all over the world in the name of integration and exchange. Ten days to live among exciting gastronomic competitions, cous cous tastings, cooking shows by starred chefs, cooking lessons for adults and children, concerts by great Italian and international artists, talk shows and moments of study. All in the splendid setting of a town, which with its warm climate, its crystalline sea and the beauty of its beaches, awarded every year with important awards, is the ideal location to extend the pleasant relaxation of summer holidays a little longer.
